Certificate of Insurance
Insurance is required for all rentals.
We must have a valid Certificate of Insurance in
our possession prior to any rental.
Required Coverage
-General Liability Coverage
-Leased and Rented Equipment Coverage
If renting a vehicle, you also need:
-Automobile Liability Coverage
-Automobile Physical Damage Coverage
Certificate Holder
Walter Lighting & Grip Inc. needs to be named as
the certificate holder as well as “additionally insured and loss payee”.
Rental Contract
A signed Rental Contract must be in our
possession prior to any rental.

Truck Licenses and Requirements
Cargo Van, Pickup, or 1 Ton
No special license required but must be on our list of
approved drivers.
3 Ton
No special license required but must be on our list of
approved drivers.
5 Ton
Must have a Class 3 with airbrake and manual endorsement and
be on our list of approved drivers.
